I'm back after a very long unprecedented hiatus on blogger... Blame it on the bugs and errors...

Anyways... what's happened so far in my life? hmm..

I have completed up half way thru my second Year with I hope Passable and above average Results for my designs etc. I've gotten my

Major in Advertising Design...

And also I've participated in Dance Xplosion 4 Something I never dreamed of doing in a million years...

HAhahkz...

how life has passed me by...

In about what... 5 days.. I will cease to be a teen... Though I don't think my attitude of being young at heart would change much... hahakz

I've met someone and he's a nice guy... we talk ... we just haven't met face to face.. except from webcam to webcam hahahakz.. Oh did I mention, I cut off all that long hair I've been keeping... yes I have and now... I'm back to my Sec School Cut... Just hoping that my hair would get long enough by January so I can do my Sonic Spikes ...

I've been hooked onto Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn! and I've freaking fallen in Love with the Series... Kami Korosu! (evil face) hahahahahaha

oh Anyways... I've just come back from Dance meeting and I'm taking Kamil's Advice.. Looking into House Style of Music and dancing... The styles very ... hmm... If I were to describe it, It's a very reactive style... depending on the speed, rhythm and type of music being played.. It can be very bouncy and beaty and it can also be very smooth and lounge-ish... It is indeed not easy to pick up but with training, especially in footwork, It's possible...

Anyways... I've decided to do some reflections onto my style of dancing based on dance Xplosion... I feel that Yes I do lack confidence... especially since I've been with Fad Faction... I think I need to train on sharpness and also one more thing... I notice that when I dance, It looks like I'm flailing my limbs around... I think it's body Control... But Even though I say it.. it's not something that I can easily correct... So far I've been dancing based on Instinct... I don't really know how to describe instinct but it's sort of like I dance according to how I feel and That may be different from how others feel...

Sometimes I look back at other crews and even my own dancemates and I think ...

"What Is it that they are doing right that I am not?"

Is it their confidence?

Is it the way they carry themselves?

Is it how they infuse dance as part of their lifestyle?

Or is it something totally unrelated to dancing?

I say this because on DX4, I saw something touching...

Although sometimes I see some other dancers as being arrogant on stage and in person, I have nothing personal against them.. for all I know it could be their style... even though they may be using the same steps or the same movements to depict that style... you can't change that because that style is a part of your personality and being...

Similarly, when I was at DX4, I noticed this guy was probably with an elderly lady likely to be his mom... I've seen him dancing before.. He's good and he's one of those dancers that I depict as arrogant when in character on stage.. but then when I saw the way he treated his mom, It was very touching...

Indeed the respect he shows her in her presence to support her son.. its' something that will stay in my mind for a while... I think that we shouldn't diss other people because of the way they dance, because we are simply bringing ourselves down by doing so... therefore from here on I shall not make fun of other crews... Starting today I shall try my very best to be neutral and respect all forms of dance and art because.. after all.. its self representational as well as personal interpretations of life...
